Inspired by the Pope's speech, Gary Hamel, one of the leading authorities in the field of leadership, published in Harvard Business Review 15 Principles of Leadership acc. To Pope Francis https://hbr.org/2015/04/the-15-diseases-of-leadership-according-to-pope-francis), emphasizing that although these words were spoken among the staff of the Vatican Curia, they can be an excellent signpost for anyone, regardless of religion, nationality, age or profession. The Pope pointed out 15 problems that leaders and institutions are grappling with today. Among them were: arrogance, intolerance, myopia and pettiness.
