To Pope Francis https://hbr.org/2015/04/the-15-diseases-of-leadership-according-to-pope-francis), emphasizing that although these words were spoken among the staff of the Vatican Curia, they can be an excellent signpost for anyone, regardless of religion, nationality, age or profession.
