Arrivals and Check-in at the Guest House of the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec. Registration and free time for private visits around the Abbey.

Guided Tour of the Abbey and the temporary exhibition “Visible–Invisible.” This serves as an introduction to the node – a symbolic anchor point within a world of meaning that will accompany us throughout the Masterclass experience. Meeting point: Guest House Reception.

Welcome Reception in the Refectory with Special Guests
The historical heart of the monastery – a space where monks have shared meals in silence and contemplation for centuries. The Refectory, with its characteristic vaulted ceiling and ascetic beauty, fosters reflection, meaningful conversation, and unforgettable encounter

During this time, young leaders arrive in Tyniec. Before the first big questions are asked, young leaders will meet the Benedictines – masters of time, rhythm, and attentive presence. Opening Ritual: a symbolic collective walk from the monastery – “a march through the ages.”

Inauguration of the 10th Edition of Masterclass Leadership The evening begins with a short concert, setting the tone for the theme: “Dialogue of Two Perspectives.” Prof. Marcin Majewski will explore “Immortality as Humanity’s Eternal Desire”, and prof. Jan Hartman will offer reflections on “A-mortality Through Technology.” Open to the public.

Reception in the Refectory with Special Guests.
Meanwhile, young participants will be transported to an evening integration session featuring “Speeches by Aspiring Young Leaders”:

Adrianna Czechowska – Creator of an innovative startup combining AI and law. Her idea gained global recognition at the Red Bull Basement World Final in Tokyo.

Maksymilian Paczyński (Global winner of the Intel AI competition. On-site from Singapore). “How young innovators — like himself — are shaping the future of AI”.

Nikodem Ciomcia – Designer of smart clothing that charges electronic devices – next-generation wearable technology.

Jakub Penkala – From a small village in Silesia to Silicon Valley. Chief of Staff at Tools for Humanity – a tech company co-founded by Sam Altman (OpenAI).

Petros Psyllos – Inventor of MATIA – an “artificial eye” for the blind. A wearable device that describes surroundings in real time and saves lives in dangerous situations.

For young leaders who earned a Golden Ticket. Two judging panels will hear 15–20 participants.

Each presentation: 5 minutes. Judges include: Krzysztof Zanussi, Marek Dietl (former President of the Warsaw Stock Exchange), Dr Bartosz Kuźniarz, Maciej Śledziński (GROHE), prof. Piotr Moncarz (Stanford University), prof. Krzysztof Górski (JPL NASA), Jacek Goliszewski (BCC) and others.
Top 10 finalists will advance to the main stage.
