A- mortality
 vs.
 technology
 2025
In 2025, the Masterclass Leadership community
will gather inside the ancient walls of Tyniec
Abbey — a place that has witnessed a thousand
years of human searching for meaning, truth,
and transcendence. This year, we ask one of the
most radical and urgent questions of our time:

What happens when technology
no longer serves us — but begins
to define us?
Why are we building machines that challenge biology?
For the first time in history, our tools are not just reshaping the outside world — they are entering the deepest layers of who we are: our bodies, our minds, our identities.

From brain–machine interfaces like Neuralink, to AI-driven biotechnology and genetic medicine, to emerging digital spiritualities, humanity is stepping beyond its own evolutionary boundaries.

We’re not only trying to heal or enhance
— we’re reaching for something more:
a-mortality, the end of natural limitation.

But what
are we leaving
behind?

Will merging
with technology
set us free?

Google’s Ray Kurzweil predicts that we are on the brink of an evolutionary leap — a future where human and machine become one.

A future free from disease, fear, and even death.
But also, possibly, a future without mystery, without soul, without silence.

Will this be the end of religion — or the birth of a new kind of spirituality, born not from temples and texts, but from algorithms and neural links?

East vs. West:

Two paths to the future

The West has built its civilization on causality,
logic, and control — the driving forces behind
modern science and technology.

But the East teaches us intuition, balance,
and interdependence — a view of reality
beyond domination.
Which way will we choose?
Are we nearing the end of the logic that
created the modern world — or are we just beginning to understand its potential?
